 ASSEMBLY |

Assembly time:
The times of assembling are
proportional to dimensions and to
the complexities of the chosen
building. A building of
approximately 60 sqm takes about 10-12 days, choosing the type
BETON-15. For
the COMFORT or TOP type times are a
bit longer.
|

|
Assembling Work:
The work of assembling is made by our
employed staff, and the cost at the
Firm’s expense. Transport and transfer
will be additional costs and they depend
on the distance between the building
place and our office and on the
dimension of the building.

Some materials used:

Panels of expanded polyurethane used for the
realization of the roof. (Type BETON-15, COMFORT
and TOP). |

Fibreglass is used in order to increase the
acoustic insulation of our structures. Used in the
cavity-walls and on the roof.

Test
carried out on slabs of Gasbeton (cellular
Concrete) in order to verify the high thermal
insulation. |

make our buildings ideal for tourist

BETON-15 |
|
|
The
characteristics of this type make
our buildings ideal for tourist use,
in camping grounds, in farm houses,
in villages and so on.

The outside walls are
composed of slabs of cellular
aerated concrete (Gasbeton), made by
a mixture of sand, cement, lime,
aluminium powder and water. The
total thickness of these walls is 160 mm.
The load-bearing structure of
the prefabricated building is
composed, where it is necessary, of
galvanized iron frame work of the
required dimensions. These parts are
bolted in such a way as to obtain an
antiseismic product.
The roof
is composed of insulating panels of
expanded polyurethane (thickness mm
100), painted galvanized iron sheets,
sealing the joints and traditional
terracotta tiles.
This type is
inclusive of: inside doors (laminated),
metal window frames with double
glazing, metal shutters, tiles,
bathroom suite and taps, plumbing,
electric and sewer installations.

The characteristics
of this type make our buildings
ideal for country houses habitable
all the year. These are in fact
typical villas. |

|
|
The outside
walls are composed of
insulating panels of expanded
polyurethane (thickness 100 mm), a
80 mm space between walls, with
inside fibreglass and panels of
plasterboard. Coats of specific
materials are put on these panels
and they allow the sealing and the
application of our finishing (traditional
plaster). The total thickness of
these walls is 220 mm.
The load-bearing structure
of the prefabricated building is
composed, where it is necessary, of
galvanized iron frame work of the
required dimensions. These parts are
bolted in such a way as to obtain an
antiseismic product.

this type can be realized only on a
reinforced concrete foundation. This
