What is the realization time of a house?
Times are proportional to complexities
and naturally to dimensions. A building
of approximately 60mq takes about 10-12 days.

Is it possible to realize the house on a
customer’s plan?
Of course. Our firm realizes
prefabricated structures on measurements,
based on the requirements of the
customers.

What is the finished product like?
As you can see from the photos that
show the outside you can’t see that they
are prefabricated buildings.

What maintenance does a prefabricated
house need?
Nothing in particular. It is the same
as traditional structures.

Does it exist as an assembling kit?
No, it doesn’t. Our structures are
only in part realized in a
preconstruction way as their
construction is very complex they are
made by our specialized technical staff.
